We have conducted market research studies in 31 of the 83 counties within the State of Michigan.  Reasons for the market surveys range from an individual mortgage loan analysis, rezoning case, real estate tax appeal, to either a general market overview or specific market condition.  We are able to design a final report around the needed information gathered and tailor it to our client's individual requirements.
